- Paul and Sherri Pearce have been married for over thirty (30) years and during this time have raised two (2) boys and formed a lasting partnership. They spent over twenty years in Southwest Oklahoma where Paul’s focus was in the community banking business. Sherri maintained her duties as mother and Domestic Goddess during this time.
- During the beginning of the bank ‘merger mania’ that swept through the banking industry in the early 1990’s, in order to prepare his career for the consolidation of the banking industry, Paul sat for the Certified Public Accountants examination in November 1993, and upon notification of passing all four (4) parts of the exam on his first attempt, was certified to practice in February of 1994. The achievement was accomplished while maintaining his position as President and CEO of a community Bank.
- As a community Banker, Paul was very involved with his customers, staff and community. He assisted these three (3) factions as a trainer and facilitator for general management issues, sales management, strategic planning, sales training, marketing assistance, customer service training, business development and product development. To be in compliance with regulations and laws in the banking industry, he felt compelled to obtain his Series 7 security license to become a Financial Advisor for further assistance to his customers.
- Paul and Sherri had a dream so in November of 2002 Paul retired from his banking career and he and Sherri opened their own CPA and Financial Services Practice. Paul had a desire to merge his banking career experience with his accounting abilities so that he could establish and maintain a close relationship with his clients. The next dream that was fulfilled is when their youngest son, Adam, came to work for the practice in December of 2007.
- Adam Pearce graduated in May of 2005 from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He spent three (3) years in the corporate accounting world. While working for privately and publically held companies, his responsibilities included general ledger and revenue staff accounting. His last position in the corporate world was as a Senior Accountant and Revenue Analyst.
- Adam completed and passed the final parts of his CPA examination in February of 2010. So with his addition to the firm and certification we have obtained the position of maintaining our goal of a long term viable business with convenient services to our clients. Because we are a family owned and operated business, we do our best to treat our customers as friends.
